There are also weights available for those who wish to use them. We recommend only people over the age of 16 to use the weights, anyone under this age must be accompanied by an adult.
There are showers available to use after every gym session if you wish to use them.
All equipment is supplied by Harlow Boxing Club e.g. gloves, head guards etc.
Harlow Boxing Club will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings.
